LoyalBond offers a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start your trial.
If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged anything.
If you are not satisfied with LoyalBond within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund.
After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Annual subscription refunds are prorated if requested within 30 days of payment. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
WhatsApp credits are non-refundable once purchased, as they are consumed immediately upon message delivery.
If credits were charged for messages that failed to deliver due to a platform error on our side, we will credit the equivalent amount back to your account.
Credits that were not consumed remain in your account and do not expire.
To request a refund, email us at support@loyalbond.app with your registered email address and the reason for the refund request.
Refund requests are reviewed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended due to violation of our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
