We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, mobile number, and restaurant details when you register for LoyalBond.

We also collect customer data you enter into the platform (customer names, phone numbers, transaction history) solely for the purpose of operating your loyalty program.

Usage data such as page views, feature usage, and device information is collected automatically to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and operate the LoyalBond platform, including loyalty programs, WhatsApp messaging, and analytics.

To send transactional emails such as OTP verification, password reset, and account notifications.

To send WhatsApp messages to your customers on your behalf as configured in your automation settings.

To improve our platform features and fix bugs based on usage patterns.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data or your customers' data to any third parties.

We use trusted third-party services to operate our platform: Meta (WhatsApp Business API), Resend (email delivery), Razorpay (payment processing), and MongoDB Atlas (database hosting). These services have their own privacy policies.

We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Customer Data Ownership

You (the restaurant owner) own the customer data you enter into LoyalBond. We act as a data processor on your behalf.

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before collecting their data through QR campaigns or staff-assisted entry.

5. Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text.

We use secure, industry-standard infrastructure hosted on Railway and MongoDB Atlas.

We recommend you use a strong, unique password for your LoyalBond account.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.

Transaction logs and analytics data may be retained in anonymized form for service improvement purposes.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.

You can export your customer data from the dashboard at any time.

You can close your account by contacting our support team.
